Artist Statement
The postcard Stop Wars depicts the horrific act of war and what the Syrian children need: emergency care, food, and water. Roses for Aleppo is a dedication to the deceased children of Aleppo. The image depicts rose petals that whirl like Sufi dancers over the bombed and burned down buildings.
